At BurlsSports, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review my return and refund guidelines below.

Breaks

Refunds for breaks are only issued if cards are lost in transit or not as described. Refunds cannot be issued if you didn't understand you were buying into a break and the break has already taken place.

Modern Cards (2000 and newer)

Refunds are available only for items that are not as described or lost in transit.

Vintage Cards (Pre-2000)

I offer a full refund within 5 business days of delivery for any reason on pre-2000 cards.

Repacks, Unopened Packs, & Boxes

Repacks and unopened packs or boxes may be returned for a full refund if they are returned unopened within 5 business days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact me through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. I will respond as quickly as possible to get your issue resolved.
